The Process Support Engineer is responsible for developing processes to ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost requirements are met. The Process Support Engineer troubleshoots problems with production and identifies and leads the implementation of manufacturing process improvements.
Essential Duties:
· Support operations by assisting in troubleshooting, setting up and running machinery as needed.
· Assist as the supervision of production employees.
· Assist in continuous improvement activities to support customer corrective actions, internal corrective / preventive actions, error-proofing & general process improvement.
· Assist in the execution of manufacturing plans.
· Define, develop and document setup instructions for specific PN’s and equipment.
· Create process documentation, setup procedures, capacity models, operating instructions and provide training to all affected personnel.
· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
2nd shift opening, hours are Monday-Thursday 3pm-1:30am.
